At PRAI Beauty, we want you to love your skincare results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
